Talent becomes irrelevant if the five players are not working for each other and do not enjoy competing as a team. As a coach, I have the opportunity to ensure our team sees success as more than just wins. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with my players is the ultimate goal. It has aided in the success of many of the teams I’ve coached.
