2023 Registration

Registration opens on August 3rd and can be found within the links below. If you delay your registration you may forfeit your spot for the upcoming season so do not delay!

The majority of the spots on our teams are filled in August through September with coach’s invitations and tryouts.

All of our teams will start practice following the girls’ state basketball tournament. Our younger teams will end in May/beginning of June whereas our older teams will go through July.

Practices are, on average, two times per week and vary between weekdays and weekends according to the team and coach’s availability. Practice locations are typically in the Robbinsdale/Cooper school districts. but may vary dependent on the coach.

Absolutely! We provide year round training through the Suns and in partnership with Twin Cities Elite.
