How do you form your teams?
The majority of the spots on our teams are filled in September through coach’s invitations and tryouts.
How long is the season?
All of our teams will start practice following the girls’ state basketball tournament. Our younger teams will end in May/beginning of June whereas our older teams will go through July.

Practices are, on average, two times per week and vary between weekdays and weekends according to the team and coach’s availability. Practice locations are typically in the Robbinsdale/Cooper school districts.
Are there additional opportunities for my athlete beyond practices and games?
Absolutely! We provide year round training through the Suns and in partnership with Twin Cities Elite. In addition all athletes have Game Face training added into their season fee.
What does it cost to play with a team?
Due to the varying tournament and travel schedules please inquire of a specific grade level/team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are involved in basketball around the state and year-round love to find themselves watching basketball in a gym. To learn more about our coaches visit our coaching tab to read their bios.
