To import a specific event to Outlook version 2003 or 2007, click the Import to Outlook button when you are viewing that specific event detail view. In the resulting pop-up window, select the Open button. Assuming that you are doing this from a computer with Outlook version 2003 or 2007, the event will open up in an Outlook window. Once open, you can adjust as desired and click on the Save and Close button in Outlook.
Please note that recurring events to not always behave well when you save them to Outlook. Therefore, be sure to look at the end date and time before you save to Outlook.
